New Headquarters at King Edward VII Sports Centre Melton Mowbray providing full changing facilities, showers, parking and the 'incomparable' Rotary Club barbecue at the finish.
Also new for 2008 'CiCLE Doctor' top mechanic Mike Jenner:
Mike Jenner is the Chief Mechanic at
Planet X/On-One. he has extensive industry knowledge
and is qualified to Cytech NVQ Level 3 in Bicycle
Mechanics. Mike has been a mechanic at World Cup
events supporting teams such as Multivan Merida,
Subaru Gary Fisher, and was the wheelbuilder for DT
Swiss at Fort William World Championships. Mike is
proud to be a supporter of the Cicle Classic and
Sportif events and is able to offer his event support
services for participants. Mike also runs the Planet
X/On-One Park Tool School, and the Sapim Wheelbuilding
School. These classes are available to the general
public at various locations around the UK. If you

Full details of the three distances, 180 kms; 100 kms and 30 kms will be published shortly, but will largely follow the routes used for the first Challenges in 2007. This will involve a mixture of off and on road sections utilising crucial parts of the Elite International CiCLE Classic course, and other roads in the surrounding are which it is not currently possible to cover in the professional race.
